Modern Art Exhibition at Avada Galerie

We’re joining the huge national effort to beat Covid-19 and postponing our exhibition of fabulous bronzes by Emma Mac Dermott until later in 2020.

We’re still hard at work restoring the dairy buildings; alongside the beautiful terracotta roof tiles made at nearby Bowood, inside, Victorian roof boards sourced by Beechfield Reclamation (Devizes) sit above the original 150 year old elm trusses.

Painstaking uncovered is an ancient cobbled floor, so old we think it may have originally came from a nearby Roman road!

In the meantime, here is a pop-up show of new work by resident artist Amelanchier Canadensis (see photo below) – not for sale, by the way!

We’ve also temporarily closed the Talos Art Foundry to safeguard our valuable staff.

Artists can still request quotes for future projects and use our in-house mounding service to protect any vulnerable new work nearing completion – while the foundry is closed please contact us via the gallery email.

Do keep updated with foundry reopening and gallery launch dates by joining the mailing list and follow us on social media.
