Dafila will make her Talos debut in Natural Elements.

Dafila is inspired by wildlife and landscape, and her work is a combination of field sketches, memory and translation.

Recent work includes both figurative and abstract paintings of wildlife and landscape inspired by the fenland around her home and visits to Wales and South Africa.

Dafila works in a variety of media but mainly in pastels, acrylics and oils.

1954-89 Drawing under guidance of Peter Scott
1979-80 Evening classes in drawing at Oxford College of Further Education
1993-95 Studying under Thomas Newbolt and Clare Newbolt
1993-present Studying under Robin Child at the Lydgate Art Research Centre
